What Our Customers Say

"I recently discovered Perea Plumbing and have been very pleased with their service. They have replaced two faucets, water shutoff valves, and a tub drain in our master bathroom, as well as a tub faucet and drain in our hall bathroom. Scheduling was simple. Their team was consistently prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and their work well done and reasonably priced."

"Fantastic experience from start to finish! I called for service and was thrilled to speak with a polite human being right away who scheduled me for the same day. Within two hours, a professional technician arrived to evaluate my clogged drain. Best of all, the pricing was completely transparent. The rate listed on their website was exactly what I paid, with absolutely no hidden surprises or upcharges."

"My wife and I have been fearing repiping our home for years. Well reached out to Perea Plumbing because I saw they were local. Not only were they local but family owned. They walked us through the process and kept us up to date the whole time. They respected we live here and pretty much we were uninterrupted by the work. Quality group and respectful, friendly along the way. I would definitely recommend Perea if you need any work done."

"Perea Plumbing provided quick, same-day service. Our technician, Tanner, was prompt, very professional and thorough. He explained what he'd be doing and communicated with us throughout the process. This was not an easy job, but it was successfully completed in a timely manner for a reasonable price. We will definitely be calling them for future plumbing needs and highly recommend their service."

"Tanner from Perea came out to our home for an urgent need. His response time was so fast!! His persistence to the very challenging job was amazing!! In under an hour we were fixed and fully functioning. Beyond grateful for such honest and dedicated service!!"

"I spoke to several plumbers before I hired Adan at Perea. I had a good feeling about him from the start. HE DELIVERED. Amazing workmanship. On time and at a fair price. Most importantly, they did exactly what they promised. That means everything in today's world. I would HIGHLY recommend them for ANY job. 10 stars!"

"If I could give them 10 stars I would! After receiving a quote for a small HVAC gas drip leg line replacement from another company, Perea came in quickly, with a free quote that was almost 1/3 of the price, noticed the same line was missing from my water heater, and did both on the spot! The technician was also polite, professional, and much more importantly HONEST in reasonable pricing!"
